HID Forum partners with individuals and organisations involved in the development sector towards enhancing their effectiveness.  Key arenas of HIDF’s work include movement building, enhancing the effectiveness of civil society organisations, and providing on-demand services to diverse actors in development. HID Forum’s mandate is to promote an integrated approach, which involves developing human as well as institutional capacities to make development sustainable.

Programme Executives are expected to
·         Design, develop and facilitate organisational development interventions
·         Conceptualize and document processes in organisations
·         Design and facilitate learning events/ training programmes
·         Programme planning, monitoring and evaluation
·         Assist in preparation of knowledge resources and communications and background material for internal and external use, including, donor reports, programme assessments, newsletters, etc
·         Actively grow HID Forum’s network - building and maintaining partnerships with NGO leadership, donors, and others
 In addition, candidates should be:
·         Actively working towards personal learning.
·         Experienced in both training and facilitation.
·         Willing to work with diverse groups.
·         Willing to travel extensively in India with Bangalore as a base.
·         Fluent in English and Hindi, and at least one other regional language.
Candidates should preferably be post-graduates from a reputed institution.  Graduates with relevant experience may also apply.  Computer proficiency and good English writing skills are a must.
