​​The vast changes in India’s economy, society and polity has been changing its development contexts, demanding the numerous players (actors and institutions) in change and transformative work to reposition and restrategise to remain relevant. More than ever, there is now pressing demand to demonstrate transformative change in measurable terms. Strengthening project and people management systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness gained much significance. Innovative methodologies and collaborative and inclusive ways of working have gained centrality. What is of pertinence is that most organisations have either no or limited human and financial resources to access the support needed for such change initiatives.
HIDF proposes to co journey with organisations to address their change management needs. This is carried out through programme executives of HID Forum, strategically located HIDF resource points in different geographical locations and through a network of HIDF resource persons.
